I’m here to help you tackle life’s ups and downs with a smile (and maybe a bit of humour!).
With a Bachelor’s in Social Science (Psychology) and a Master’s in Social Work (Professional Qualifying) from Charles Sturt University, I’ve got the education to back me up. But let’s be real—what really matters is the passion I have for supporting individuals and families on their unique journeys.
I started Stellar Therapies because I wanted to create a space where people could feel safe, supported, and understood. My adventure in this field began in 2012 as a volunteer with a suicide prevention hotline. I quickly realised I loved helping others navigate their struggles, so I jumped into addictions counselling, specialising in gambling, in 2017. I also took a detour as a program coordinator for a young offenders program. Talk about a wild ride!
Now, I specialise in
I like to think of my approach as the perfect blend of Australian mateship culture—think support, connection, and maybe a good laugh or two. I believe everyone’s journey is their own, so I take a holistic, client-centred approach that respects your unique path. Plus, I’ve got training in addictions, grief, trauma, play therapy, and neurodivergence, and I sprinkle in some CBT and DBT skills for good measure!
When I’m not busy helping clients, you can find me wrangling my two energetic kids, two playful dogs, a cat with a big personality, and six ducks that probably think they run the place. Born and raised in Wagga Wagga, I’ve always been a travel addict, which is why I tied the knot in beautiful Ireland in 2023. And just to add a dash of creativity to my life, I taught myself how to crochet, sew, and knit—though I can’t promise you won’t find some of my projects looking a little… unique!
I can’t wait to meet you and support you on your journey. Remember, we’re in this together—laughter included!

We pay our deepest respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, and recognise their ongoing connection to land, waters, and community. We honour the strength, wisdom, and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and commit to fostering a space of respect, healing, and cultural safety for all.
